Numbers aren't sorting in true numeric order
This tool uses standard alphabetical text comparison, so Item 10 sorts before Item 2 (because "1" comes before "2"). To fix this, zero-pad your numbers first (e.g., Item 02, Item 10).
Duplicates aren't being removed
By default, duplicate removal is case-sensitive. If your list has both Apple and apple, check the Ignore Case option to treat them as identical entries.
Sort button isn't doing anything
The output only fills when you click "Sort Text". If your input area is completely empty or contains only whitespace, the tool has nothing to process.
Output text looks backwards
You likely have Reverse Each Line checked. This flips the characters inside every line (e.g., "Hello" → "olleH") without changing the order of the lines themselves.
