Will it break with WP Rocket or other caching plugins?
It shouldn't. The code has no JavaScript, no outside files and only scoped CSS that is all used on the page, so options like Delay JavaScript, Remove Unused CSS, minify and combine have nothing to break. If anything looks off after caching, clear the cache and check again.
Will it change my theme's design?
No. Every style is limited to the About section, so your header, menu, footer and other pages stay as they are. Choose "Same as my theme" for the font to match the rest of your site.
Should I turn on the H1 or the SEO data option?
