Is this agreement generator free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no watermark. The standard template has no limit. The shared AI writes up to 10 agreements an hour per visitor; after that you can add your own free Gemini or OpenRouter key.
Is an agreement made here legally valid?
An agreement is binding when the parties freely agree to lawful terms and sign it, so a well-drafted document from this tool can be valid. Whether your agreement is enforceable depends on its terms, proper signing, stamp duty and, for some documents, registration. This tool is a drafting aid, not legal advice; ask a lawyer for high-value or unusual deals.
Which agreements can I make?
14 kinds: service agreement, freelance contract, consultancy agreement, works contract for construction or renovation, labour contract for manpower supply, employment agreement, supply agreement for goods, vehicle sale agreement, loan agreement, rent agreement for a house or flat, commercial rent agreement for a shop or office, one-way and mutual NDA, and memorandum of understanding (MOU). Is an MOU legally binding?
Usually not, except for the parts it says are binding. The MOU from this tool states that it records intentions only, and that the clauses on costs, governing law and, if you choose them, confidentiality and dispute resolution are binding. Sign a detailed agreement before money or work changes hands.
Will the AI make up names, amounts or dates?
It is told to use only the details you enter and to write a [placeholder] in square brackets for anything missing. Still read every clause: AI can misread a term. The status bar counts the blanks left, and Next takes you to each one.
Why is the agreement written in parts?
Long agreements can be cut off when an AI writes them in one answer, especially with free AI models. The tool writes the agreement in up to four parts at the same time and joins them, so every section is complete. If one part fails, those sections come from the standard template and are marked, and you can try the AI again just for them.
Can I write the agreement in Hindi or Gujarati?
Yes. With Write with AI you can choose from 16 languages, including Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and Urdu. The standard template is in English only.
Do I need stamp paper?
In India, most agreements must be stamped as per your state's Stamp Act: print it on non-judicial stamp paper of the right value or buy an e-stamp certificate. Leases for more than one year must also be registered, and some states require registration of every rent agreement. Check your state's current rules before signing.
Can I edit the agreement and download it in Word?
