How this disposable email generator works
A real inbox for one hour
Each address is a working mailbox from Mail.tm, a free email service. Our server creates it for you and keeps its access key, so your browser only gets a short-lived session.
Emails shown safely
Messages open in a locked frame where scripts can't run, and images stay blocked until you allow them, so tracking pixels can't report that you opened the email.
Codes and links picked out
Verification codes and confirmation links are found in each message and shown as buttons, so you can copy a code without searching through the email.
Worth knowing. Disposable inboxes are for throwaway sign-ups. The email provider can read incoming mail and the inbox disappears after an hour, so never use one for banking, government, health or work accounts, or anything you'll need to recover later.
Email problems this tool fixes
Find the problem you ran into. Each fix takes you to the part of the tool that solves it.
| Your problem | How this tool fixes it | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Avoiding spam | ||
| A site wants my email just to download a file or see a price | Use a temporary address, open the link they send, and let the inbox expire. Their newsletters never reach you. | |
| I need a one-time verification code | The code is picked out of the email and shown with a Copy button as soon as the message arrives. | |
| I don't want the sender to know I opened their email | Images, including tracking pixels, stay blocked unless you press Load images. | |
| Something isn't working | ||
| "This email address is not allowed" | The site blocks disposable domains. Try New address, or use an alias of your real inbox from the Fake Mail Generator. | Make an alias |
| The email hasn't arrived | Most arrive within a minute. Check the address was typed exactly, press Check now, and keep this tab open, because checking pauses while it's hidden. | |
| "You have created the maximum number of addresses" | Fair-use limits reset every hour. Keep using your current address until then; it receives mail for a full hour. | |
What happens behind the inbox
When you press Create address, our server asks Mail.tm for a new mailbox with a random name and a random password, logs in, and keeps the access key on the server. Your browser receives only a random session id that works for one hour.
browser → allinonetools.net (session id) → Mail.tm (access key)
your IP address is never sent to Mail.tm
Every 10 seconds the page asks our server for new messages. The server reuses its last answer for a few seconds, so many checks don't turn into many requests to Mail.tm. Checking stops while the tab is hidden and when the hour is up.
Opened emails are shown inside a sandboxed frame with a strict content policy: no scripts, no forms, and no remote images unless you allow them. Links open in a new tab.

Mistakes people make with temporary email
A throwaway address is great until you need it back.
You'll lose access for good. Password resets go to an inbox that no longer exists. Use your real email for anything that matters.
That's a common scam. Never pass on a code sent to you, whatever the reason given.
Images can track you. Load them only when you need to see something, not by habit.
The inbox pauses when you leave. Keep the tab open until the code or link arrives.

- Work, school or health accounts.
- Accounts you'll pay for or need to recover later.
- Receiving personal documents or private information.
- Breaking a site's rules or creating fake reviews.
Frequently asked questions
Short answers about lifetime, privacy, limits and blocked addresses.
How long does a temporary address last?
On this site, an inbox stays available for one hour after you create it, or until you press Delete inbox. After that, messages can't be read here. Don't use it for anything you need to get back into later.
Can I send emails from this address?
No. The address can only receive email. That keeps the service from being used to send spam.
Can other people read my temporary inbox?
Only someone with your session in this browser tab can open it through this page. But disposable email services are not private mailboxes: the provider can read incoming mail, so never use one for bank, government, health or work accounts.
Why are there limits on how many addresses I can create?
Each address creates an account at our email provider and uses our server. The limits keep the tool fast and free for everyone and stop automated scripts from overloading it. They reset every hour.
Why are images in emails hidden?
Many emails contain tracking pixels that tell the sender when, where and on which device you opened them. Images stay blocked until you press Load images, and scripts inside emails never run.
Which service provides the addresses?
Addresses come from Mail.tm, a free third-party email service. Our server talks to it for you, so Mail.tm sees our server rather than your IP address, and your browser never receives the account's access key.
Some sites reject my temporary address. What can I do?
Many sites block known disposable email domains. Press New address to try another domain, or use an alias of your real inbox from our Fake Mail Generator, which most sites accept.
